Just a couple questions.......
First: With only one sheet, WR1, to turn in how is the NIAA going to regulate contacts?
Second: If a wrestler has not competed in league at a lower weight, will that wrestler be allowed to declare that weight? Example, if a wrestler has weighed 152 at some weigh ins, but at 160 for all league duals......will that mean he has to wrestle at the higher weight?
Or will the weight declared be used as long as it will not violate the lowest weight achievable?

A wrestler can go the lowest weight indicated on his decent plan, he also can weigh in 1 weight above it and still go back down later, he can not weigh in 2 weight classes above without recertifying. Hope that helps

So does that mean that Joel Rivadynera can go 130 since he recertified?

I believe it means if you weigh in 2 classes above your minimum, you are now "re-certified" at that weight. Joel weighed in at 139 at the last date so his minimum weight became 140.
